Delete Your Account

You can delete your DPB Cloud account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This applies to all versions of our Apps (iOS, Android, Windows and macOS).

Option 1: In the App

• Open the App and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion (for example by entering your password). Your subscription and all servers stop working immediately and you can no longer sign in.

Option 2: By email (no App needed)

Send an email from your registered email address to support@dpbcloud.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request by email and delete the account.

What is deleted

• Account information: email address, hashed password and invitation code.
• Subscription and service information: plan, data usage totals, and device and sign-in IP records.
• Support tickets and chat messages.

This data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

What may be kept

• Order and payment records that we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Important: cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple or Google Play. Please cancel it in your Apple Account settings or in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions) to avoid being charged again.
