Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
DPB Cloud LLC ("DPB Cloud", "we", "us") develops and publishes mobile and desktop applications, including network connection (VPN) applications (together, the "Apps"), and operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Apps or website you agree to this policy.
1. Our No-Logs Commitment
We do not log, monitor or store the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, the DNS queries you make through the service, or any browsing history. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
- Email address and an encrypted (hashed) password, used to create and secure your account.
- Invitation code, if you register through one.
Subscription and service information
- Your plan, expiry date and order history.
- The amount of data transferred, recorded as daily totals per server (for example "2.5 GB on server A today"), used only for plan limits and usage statistics. We do not record what that data was or where it went.
- Limited connection metadata: the time of your most recent connection and the IP addresses of your currently connected devices, used only to enforce device limits and prevent abuse. Device IP records are temporary and are not linked to any browsing activity.
- The IP address and device type used when you sign in, used to show your active sessions and protect your account.
Support information
- Messages you send us through support tickets, live chat or email.
App logs
- The App keeps a short log of connection status, warnings and errors (for example "connection to server failed") on your device only. It never contains the content of your traffic or the websites you visit, and it is never uploaded automatically.
- Depending on the platform, you can view it in the App (for example under Tools → Logs), or turn on Diagnostics temporarily (it turns off automatically after 24 hours). The log reaches us only if you choose to send it: by copying it into a support ticket or chat, or by tapping Send to Support and confirming, in which case basic device information (app version, system version, device model and connection mode) is attached. It is used only to fix your problem.
Payment information
- Purchases made in our iOS Apps are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase, and purchases in Apps downloaded from Google Play are processed by Google Play where its billing rules require it. Purchases made on our website or in our desktop and other Android Apps are processed by third-party payment providers. In every case we receive only an order record (such as the order number, plan and payment status), never your full card number or payment account details.
Information stored only on your device
- App settings such as language, appearance, selected server, routing rules and connection mode, your last sign-in email, and a cached copy of your server configuration are stored locally on your device.
- Your sign-in token is stored in the system Keychain on iOS, and in the App's private storage on Android, Windows and macOS. If you turn on "Remember password", your password is also saved in the App's private storage on your device so you do not need to type it again.
- The VPN connection engine records at most warnings and errors (on some platforms its logging is turned off completely), never connection or browsing history.
Subscriptions you import from other providers
- If you import a subscription link or nodes from another provider, the App downloads and uses them directly on your device. We do not receive the link or its contents. Traffic you send through those nodes is handled by that provider, and its own privacy policy applies.
Network tools
- The tools in the App (DNS lookup, exit IP check, UDP test and website test) run only when you tap them. They contact the services needed for the test (for example Cloudflare or an IP lookup service), and the results are shown only on your device.
Our Apps do not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain and secure the service and your account.
- To enforce plan limits and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To send service notices (for example plan expiry or important changes). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, under obligations to protect it, and when required by law. These include: server and cloud hosting providers (which may see your IP address when the App downloads its configuration or connects); and our live-chat provider Crisp, which receives your email address and the messages you send when you use in-app live chat. Because we do not keep browsing logs, we have no records of your online activity to disclose.
5. Data Retention
We keep account and subscription information while your account is active. After an account is deleted, its personal information is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
6. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time inside the App: Profile → Delete Account. After you confirm (for example by entering your password), your subscription and all servers stop working immediately and you can no longer sign in. Your personal information is then deleted within 30 days as described above. You can also email support@dpbcloud.com from your registered email address to request deletion. See How to delete your account for details.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dpbcloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
DPB Cloud LLC is based in the United States. Our servers may be located in different countries. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
